The time in the game runs quicker than in real life. Otherwise we'd end up not being able to breed our foals and compete their foals and so on.

(Please note: After mating a mare is allowed to foal only 2 RL days after. Growing foals also reach the yearling stage after 7 - 10 RL days after the foaling. A yearling then ages to a 2 year old after 1 whole 'Season'.)

So, here's the time chart for the game.

In Game...In real life

The 'Season' part is very important because after every 'Season' your feed for your horse and some other items expire after this date. If you take to long to replenish your supplies you will be noted, then if you have still not took any notice your horses may be took to a rescue centre. If you still don't buy more food your horses will be rehomed. Obviously if you have left a note saying you're going to be away for awhile this doesn't matter, you won't get your horses took from you if you've given us a warning before disappearing.

Also every 'Season' is counted as 1 year. In this 'year' you will enter all the shows and by the end will get some money depending on how you've done.
